PRESENTER

Darol Hayse was born into the water well industry. The son of a third-generation water well contractor, Darol worked in the family business throughout high school, drove a delivery truck, and worked in a wholesale distribution warehouse in college. After college, he was offered a job in sales. This led to other opportunities in distribution and manufacturing, before becoming a Field Service Engineer with Franklin Electric in 1999.

Now in his 23rd year with Franklin Electric, Darol has worked as a Field Service Engineer with dealers on job sites throughout the Midwest. He was also instrumental in launching Franklin Electric's premier groundwater contractor training, FranklinTECH, at Franklin Electric's manufacturing locations in Arkansas and Oklahoma. In 2004, Darol transitioned into field sales, and in 2019 South Central regional management, representing water well pro channel products. Through his career experiences, he brings a deep understanding and grassroots savvy thought process to application and training techniques in the water well industry. Darol considers it a gift and a privilege to work in this industry.
