DO I NEED TO BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET?
Yes. Continuous. SCORM (our course files) needs a constant internet connection to run. iOS devices (iPads, iPhones, etc.) have all of the things needed to run SCORM content. If your iOS device is on a wifi network, or in a location that has solid cell reception, you shouldn't have any issues. If you only have intermittent connectivity, your courses may load slowly or fail to track progress.
DO I NEED A SPECIFIC BROWSER?
The Red Lion University site works for most browsers, including Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Firefox. For ideal performance, ensure your web browser of choice is up to date.
