PRESENTERS
Ryan Craft, Technical Support Engineer
Technical Support Engineer Ryan Craft has been a part of the Franklin Electric team for 7 years. He provides technical support to customers in the set-up of various submersible pump applications and configurations. Ryan is adept at helping customers solve problems so that business continuity is restored.
Before coming on board, he worked as a motor test technician at General Electric for 18 years and as a technician at various employers.
Ryan’s experience and dedication to his role is evident when he helps Franklin Electric customers troubleshoot their products.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, watching movies and TV shows, and occasionally getting lost in a good book.
Adam Brouwer, Global Product Manager
Adam Brouwer brings nearly a decade of product management experience to his role as Global Product Manager. He’s responsible for the Large Pump Electronics portfolio.
Since joining Franklin Electric about a year ago, Adam’s work has supported various application needs utilizing Drives, Starters, and Protection products. Specializing in finding ways to reduce lead times, he leverages his proven track record and manufacturing experience to drive results.
Adam enjoys learning from customers and enjoys the challenge of matching their needs with practical solutions.
On a personal note, Adam and his family enjoy volunteering at their church. He’s also a supporter of the non-profit veterans organization Honor Flight.
