PRESENTERS

Mai Intanant, Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, Mai Intanant’s primary role is to ensure Little Giant customers are fully informed about the functionality, application, and installation of pumps by providing step-by-step troubleshooting assistance for any issues encountered. She enjoys the challenges that come from applying engineering knowledge in a real-world context to help customers resolve technical problems.

Mai has been with the company for almost two years. She takes pride in Franklin Electric’s inclusive culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to communication and support.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Indiana Tech, where she was a member of the women’s golf team. She still enjoys playing a round or two as well as teaching yoga on-site at Franklin Electric.

Jeff Wilder, Senior Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager, Jeff Wilder has spent more than a decade in multiple engineering project management roles. His career reflects experiences in product management covering wastewater and surface product lines.

Jeff works hard to improve people's lives and it doesn't go unnoticed. In 2022, he was named a 2022 Next Gen All Star by Plumbing & Mechanical Engineer magazine.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. He applies his educational background to solve market problems that make living and working more comfortable for homeowners and installers.

Jeff enjoys fishing and practicing the art of taekwondo in his free time.
