DO I NEED TO BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET?
Yes. Continuous. SCORM (our course files) needs a constant internet connection to run. iOS devices (iPads, iPhones, etc.) have all of the things needed to run SCORM content. If your iOS device is on a wifi network, or in a location that has solid cell reception, you shouldn't have any issues. If you only have intermittent connectivity, your courses may load slowly or fail to track progress.
DO I NEED A SPECIFIC BROWSER?
The FranklinTECH site works for most browsers, including Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Firefox. For ideal performance, ensure your web browser of choice is up to date.
