Before his tenure with Franklin Electric, he worked in the mechanical engineering field. His career experience reflects facets like customer care, project management, quality, and manufacturing-based activities.

Doug finds fulfillment in addressing customers' day-to-day challenges while being conscious of end-product design encompassing on-time delivery, quality, safety, and cost. He’s adept at finding solutions, no matter how complex or complicated the situation.

On a personal note, Doug is a passionate and seasoned homebrewer. Fun fact: While pursuing an engineering degree, he’d write reports based on beer-making experiences.
