Rick Campbell, Technical Support Manager

Rick Campbell is the Technical Support Manager, based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His career with Franklin Electric spans nearly 50 years. That industry experience is reflected in his deep and broad product knowledge. His contributions help water system professionals navigate application, installation, and maintenance questions.

Put simply, Rick is motivated by the service element of his job. Water is an essential resource, and problems related to access can create panic. Helping resolve water system questions feels like a higher purpose.

Rick has been married to his wife of 43 years. He enjoys spending time with their three children and helping others.
